Middle East developers widen their nets

Abdali will be hugely influential for Jordan, not just because of the direct investment and the 15,000 strong labour force who will build the place, but because of what Itani describes as “the perception of the city in the minds of foreign investors, tourists and all who visit Amman.” If it goes well, it should increase investor confidence, attract new businesses, and therefore encourage more real estate development.
