Singapore: Will Temasek change tack?
A final puzzle is why Temasek has given so much notice of the change: Goodyear doesn’t start until October 1. While it’s not clear why Goodyear isn’t starting earlier, this long-dated announcement seems to underline Temasek’s efforts to stress that it is making change. Temasek itself declined comment for this article.
